Edit a Queue

You can edit various parameters associated with your queues.

1. In the left hand navigation panel, click Queue ManagementQueues List.
2. Click the Edit icon next to the queue you wish to edit.

   

3. Edit the desired fields.

   If forms are associated with the queue, you can edit the columns that appear in the queue list. See Add a Queue for detailed information on working with queue columns.

4. Click Save to save your changes.
