Administration Overview

This is an overview of the options a user with administrator permissions has to add or edit users for their organization in the Ethos portal.

Coplogic™ Ethos provides agency users the ability to manage many administration tasks.

Access the Administration section by expanding the Administration tab in the Left menu.

Depending on their user role/permissions, agency users can manage the following Admin functions:

  • Specifying how the system determines available court dates (for auto-populating court information on citations)
  • Managing LexisNexis® Crash Designer templates (for setting up a crash diagram that can be used as a template for similar accident scenarios)
  • Setting up and running data hub exports (for extracting report data)
  • Managing how report forms are numbered (so you can make them coincide with your agency form numbers)
  • Managing user roles (for assigning permissions within Ethos)
  • Managing agency-wide violation codes
