View Events

User with the appropriate permissions can view logs of events related to reports, users, administration, and system usage.

Procedure:
  1. In the left hand navigation panel, click AdministrationEvent Viewer.
  2. Select the type of event you wish to view (Report, System, User, or Administration).
  3. Specify the event time frame and/or desired search parameters, and then click Filter Results.
    Events meeting your criteria appear in the list.
    note.pngTo sort the items in the list by column header, click the up-down arrows next to the header. Click one time to sort in ascending order; click again to sort in descending order.
  4. In the events list, click to select the event you wish to view.
    Details for the selected event appear in the Event Details pane.
    note.pngFor Report events, click Approval Workflow to see a description of the workflow associated with the event.
