Change User General Information

The General Information section under User Settings allows you to change the display name associated with your account as well as other data such as officer ID, email address, and phone number.

You can also change your layout settings, including specifying a larger font or high contrast text, increasing or decreasing the zoom level, and setting the theme color and skin mode.

1. Click the User Settings icon in the top menu bar.

   

2. Select User Settings.
3. Click the General Information tab.
4. Make the desired changes.

   Your Officer ID cannot contain more than five (5) characters.

5. Click Save General Information.
