Manage Officer Violation Favorites

Coplogic™ Ethos allows you to specify violations as favorites to make them easier to select when issuing a citation. Instead of having to search through a lengthy violation list to find a frequently used violation, you can quickly select it from your list of favorites.

1. Click the User Settings icon in the top menu bar.
2. Select User Settings.

   

3. Click the Violation Favorites tab.
   Ethos displays a list of your agency violation codes.
4. Select the check box in the first column for each violation you want to mark as a favorite.
   In the example screen shot shown below, four violations involving speeding are marked as favorites.

   

5. Click Save to preserve your settings.
   The next time you start adding a violation to a citation, Ethos displays your officer favorite violation list first.
