Coplogic Ethos allows you to view your Report Queues, search for a report, create a new report, and edit your existing reports.
Find a Report
You can search for existing reports using key report identifiers such as local code, case number, or state id. You can also search using filters such as location, license plate or VIN (vehicle identification number), driver last name, DLN (driver license number). incident date range, or submitting officer's name.

Required fields are denoted by red asterisks.

Procedure:

Click Find a Report.
Specify your search criteria.
- To search using key report identifier, enter the local code, case number, or state id and then click Search.
- To search using filters, specify the filter criteria and then click Search.
