Find a Report

You can search for existing reports using a variety of search criteria, including form name or status, incident date or location, person or vehicle information, and so on.

1. Click Find a Report.
2. Specify your search criteria. You can search using form type/status criteria, incident criteria, person criteria, and/or vehicle criteria. The more fields you specify, the more narrow the search.

   The following example depicts part of a search screen using status, submitting officer name, incident street, and person first and last names as search criteria.

   

   Search results are displayed at the bottom of the page.
