Change Your Password

You can change your password from the sign-in screen.

For Command Center agencies they will be redirected to the Command Center page upon selecting Forgot Password to complete their password reset.

1. Before signing into Coplogic™ Ethos Mobile, tap Forgot Password?.
2. Tap the Agency field and select your agency from the list.

   To quickly find your agency in the list, start typing the agency name in the Search field. You must use the exact name of the agency as it is exists in Ethos Mobile. For instance, spell out Fort - do not use Ft or FT.

3. Enter your Username.
4. Enter your Email Addresss.
   A temporary password is emailed to you.
5. Sign into Ethos Mobile using the temporary password and follow the prompts to set your new password.
