Language Translation
In the Agency Configuration window under Administration you can add and remove different Language Translations for Officers to use in their Coplogic™ Ethos application.
Before you begin
Navigate to the Administration section of the Ethos web application.Procedure

Scroll to the bottom of the Administration tab window till you see the Section titled Language Translation.

You can then add a new language by selecting the
Additional languages
field.You will see a list appear with many different languages to select from. -
an admin can search for a language they wish to add from the list by typing in the Languages name to the field. For this example we are using Spanish as the language we wish to
add:

Once you have added the languages you wish to add for your officers, Select the Update Languages button to save your changes.
- You have now successfully add a New Language Translation for your officers.
What to do next
If you wish to remove a Language from the list follow the steps below: - Find the List of available Language Translations for your Officers.
In this example we will be removing the Spanish Language Translation from the list of currently available Languages. - Select the
X
located next to the language you would like to remove. - Once you have removed the language you wish to remove, select
Update Languages
to save your changes. - You have now successfully removed a Language Translation for your officer.
