Agency Administration

From the Agency Administration window you can manage agency information, prelogin settings, default Settings, and agency NCICProviders.

On the Administration tab an administrator can mange and update the agency information and User access to the agency. Below is the information that can be updated and manged from the Administration Tab:

  • Agency: Chose the Assigned Agency you wish to make changes to.
  • Agency Information
    • Agency Ori: The Agency Ori can not be changed. If you have any concerns please reach out to the Coplogic™ Ethos Support team.
    • Agency Name: Add or Update the agency name.
    • Street Address: Add or update the physical street address for the agencies location.
    • Agency Wide Permissions: Add or edit agency permissions to be assigned to user roles.
  • Language Translation: Add additional languages for the officers to use for their Ethos applications. For more details see: Language Translation
  • Users: In this section you can edit users, disable users, reset a user password, copy a user, and get a users login URL.
  • An administrator can also add new users from this page. For more information see: Add New User
    note.pngYou can search for a user by searching for them by name in the Type here for search field. You can also sort each column by alphabetical order to make searching for a users Last name, first name, or username faster. For more infraction on searching for a user see: Search for a User
